Aston Barclay has taken the accolade for Remarketing at the Company Car Today Innovation Awards 2021.
The award was given to 'a business that had supported fleets during the pandemic, and with Aston Barclay having increased its digital bids by 33% and having enjoyed more than 77% of its sales via digital channels, it ensured that buyers and vendors could continue their trade seamlessly during an otherwise challenging year.’
Also commended was the combination of digital technologies with the market intelligence that Aston Barclay provides to fleets, allowing fleet managers to make better-informed decisions when it comes to disposals.
“It’s been a tough 18 months for the fleet industry to navigate, but Aston Barclay’s development of new digital technologies has helped provide a seamless transition from physical to digital,” said Company Car Today Editor Paul Barker. “The raised level of insight into the state of the market is also very much appreciated by businesses at what is a time of fluctuating values.”
The Company Car Today Innovation Awards are judged by an expert panel with more than a century of combined fleet experience and rewards the businesses that are helping fleets operate smarter, cleaner, more efficiently, or more cost-effectively.
