As CEO of Aston Barclay Group, Tom is an accomplished and influential operational and strategic leader who delivers high standards of service across all key areas of business activity. Tom has a resolute focus on customer service delivery, business innovation, development and growth, and a real commitment to staff productivity and people development.
Chief Operating Officer
Justin started in the Auction Industry in 1985 as a Trainee Motor Auctioneer, followed by a variety of roles within the industry, and also several Dealership Groups and Contract Hire positions. Justin has also been Chairman of the National association of Motor Auctions (NAMA) on two separate occasions. Justin is responsible for the six centres nationally, and the auctioneer, vehicles sales and LCV teams.

Steph is an experienced HR professional with over 11 years of experience in supporting retail and industrial service sectors. In her recent roles, Steph implemented an HR shared service function providing support and guidance to a UK workforce of circa 6,500 employees, as well as establishing and embedding an HR business partner model into two companies. Steph joined Aston Barclay in January 2019 to lead our HR function, develop support for our team and to assist in the overarching objectives of the business.

Nick brings over 10 years’ experience in the remarketing sector, starting as a Business Development Manager for Scottish Motor Auctions. Since then, he has held a range of roles including National Account Manager, Head of Corporate Sales, Head of New Business, Head of Sales and Director of Sales. Working in a variety of roles has strengthened his knowledge of the industry and helped him gain vital experience in becoming a successful Sales Director. Nick has worked for Aston Barclay previously and is returning with new experience from his recent posting with G3 Remarketing.

Mark is a 30-year veteran of the auction world. Recently joining Aston Barclay as Chief Revenue Officer Mark has responsibility for all Buyer Support Services and New Business Development. Mark is an experienced Director Of Group Sales with a demonstrated history of leadership in the automotive industry. Skilled in Motivation, Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Sales, and Sales Operations, Mark worked with BCA for 25 years as Group Sales Director and led the Manheim business in Australia for 5 years before joining Aston Barclay in March 2022.
