Cloud Based Reporting

Our cloud-based Inventory Management System (IMS) allows our buyers and sellers to control and monitor their auction activities at a time and place to suit them.

IMS provides real-time reports in detailed, summary and dashboard view which are fully customisable to suit the needs of individual users.

Working closely with our customer, IMS provides key management information to our sellers for all vehicles in stock, sold and within the transport or preparation processes. Sellers can also access sale remittance information and detailed costed inspection reports.

For buyers, IMS works as a historic activity record, detailing purchases over user-defined periods of time and providing current outstanding purchases in both summary and detailed formats.

Performance Management

Our senior management each have in excess of 25 years industry experience and are well placed to offer market insight and performance reporting.

For the benefit of both buyers and sellers, we have strong relationships with industry partners, providing a wealth of information to assist in the decision making process. CAP, Glass and Autotrader data is all available through our online stock lists, IMS and sale day catalogues as well as seller reports.

For volume sellers, we provide a fully transparent performance review process, detailing our success across our group to both specific and industry-standard KPIs.
