Counter Clerk/Administrator

Location: Chelmsford

We recognise the need to bring together a range of remarketing services in addition to physical auction to offer an end to end solution

We are now actively seeking a full time Counter Clerk/Administrator to join our team at Chelmsford.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer enquiries in person, telephone & via email
  • Dealing with payment for sold vehicles by cash and card
  • Assisting with outstanding payments/chasing debt
  • Data inputting onto auction system
  • Booking in vehicles
  • Counter receptionist work
  • General office duties

Skills

  • Experience of cashiering (desired)
  • Experience of a busy office environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Great customer service
  • Able to work within a team / using own initiative

You must be able to communicate at all levels across the business and convey messages in a confident and clear manner. We are looking for an energetic and resilient people who will 'make things happen' through to completion, who are also highly self-motivated and results focused.

43.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

£8.51 per hour
