ASTON BARCLAY BANGERS4BEN CHALLENGE SET TO BE A SIZZLER
Posted 10 September 2018
Aston Barclay is all set for Car Dealer Magazine’s Bangers4Ben charity rally 2018 with its two ‘Bratwursts4Ben’ Ford Transit vans ready to tackle the four-day European tour.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2018, Car Dealer Magazine’s Bangers4Ben 1,000 mile-plus charity rally will be leaving the UK on Friday 5 October, passing through France, Germany, Belgium and finishing in a secret location.
The banger reference has been taken very literally this year by Aston Barclay and it’s partners, Rutland Partners and MotoNovo Finance, with its two vans being wrapped in Bavarian sausage vehicle graphics - it’s fair to say it’s one ‘hot dog’.
‘The banger-themed vans should create a lot of interest across Europe, especially as we are kitting them out to cook hot dogs as we go,’ exclaimed Neil Hodson, Aston Barclay’s CEO, ‘and we cannot wait to get the Bratwursts4Ben campaign on the road.
He continued, ‘Obviously, behind all the fun is the very real need to raise funds to support the great work Ben do and as a business we are honoured to be able to support the charity in continuing its vital work across the automotive industry, supporting colleagues from all sectors who have fallen on hard times.’
