Entry Form
An Entry Form needs to be completed for every vehicle entered into the auction.
UK Registration Certificate (V5C)
To sell a vehicle in the auction all you need is the car, a full Registration Certificate (V5C) and MOT and Service History if applicable.
Legal Ownership
You must have full legal ownership of the vehicle which should be free from all liens, claims, set-offs, third party rights or encumbrances.
Total Loss
We do not accept for sale vehicles which have been recorded as a total loss.
Reserve Price
Vehicles entered for sale are subject to a reserve price. The auction will, if requested, provide a valuation of your vehicle when it is entered for sale.
Entry Fees
An Entry Fee of £20 is payable each time your vehicle is entered for sale. A vehicle which is not sold will, unless it is removed beforehand, be entered in the next auction sale and a further entry fee charged.
Commission
An auction tariff, including commission, is displayed in the auction office.
